Privatization 2007

Moldova state will sell its holdings in 83 joint stock companies through the Stock of Exchange of Moldova between November 16-23, 2007

The shareholdings are valued at about 317 million lei at their initial price and include:
- 14 of the 83 companies, the state holds over 75% of the shares, six of these are tobacco factories: SA “FermentTutun”, SA ”NordTutun”, etc.
- 10 companies with state ownership of 75 and 51%: “Zimbru Nord”, “Rascani Printing House”, etc.
- 11 companies - between 51 and 31%: “Leova Cheese Factory”, SA “Consocivil”, etc.
- companies with state ownership less than 30%: JSCB “Eurocreditbank” “Carmez”, SA “Orhei-Vit”, SA “Cereale Cahul”, SA “JLC”, SA “Sudzucker-Moldova”, SA “Natur-Vit” etc.
